We ship worldwide from Hong Kong and keep you informed every step of the way. Here's what to expect when your order leaves our warehouse.

Where we ship
We deliver worldwide. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Processing your order
We process orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of the order date and handed to our carrier the next business day after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays and busy sale periods — we don't ship on weekends.
Delivery timeline
Once your order ships, transit times vary by destination. Because of current demand, please plan for delivery within 2–4 weeksfrom the date your order is dispatched. You'll receive tracking details by email when your parcel is on its way.
Haven't received your order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Reach out to us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Customs & duties
Prices on our site are shown tax-free. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply when your order arrives. These charges are your responsibility and aren't covered by Vuka Well. We're not responsible for delays caused by your local customs office.
